This is the place for a one of a kind stay! Our apartment is a newly remodeled apartment in an original factory building. We offer modern Scandinavian decor, the convenience of smart locks, window blinds, robot vacuum, lighting, and High speed WIFi up to 1 GBPS! Also a 4k UHD 50 inch TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Hulu, and Disney Plus. 2 King Gel Memory Foam 14-Inch hypoallergenic Mattresses. And a Keurig Special Edition coffee maker for expressos, americanos, or other milk creations!

Take a break and unwind with family and friends in our lovely place! We built it with two things in mind: family and sustainability. It features: A spacious great room suitable for larger gatherings: 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms: a kitchenette and laundry in a common area upstairs: an upper level deck. Don’t be surprised if some of it looks old. We sourced as much reclaimed material as we could. When we don’t need all the space for our family and friends, we are excited to let you enjoy it

We are 10 min. from the Spooky Nook sports complex, and 35 min. from both the Hershey attractions and the heart of Amish country in Lancaster. We highly recommend the Kountry Kitchen Family Diner, a short walk from the house, as well as Hilltop Acres Farm Market, only a minute up the road!

Our location at the foot of Blue Mountain is ideal for a get away, or a place to work plus relax. Seven miles from Hawk Mountain, and 3 miles from hiking (including the Appalachian Trail), biking, and the historic borough of Hamburg. Although rural, it is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Enjoy pure comfort in our solar and geothermal heated and cooled modern house. There is possible additional sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.
