Self-contained Annex Studio Flat

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

We are located in the historic village of Medmenham within the picturesque Hambleden Valley, just a stones throw from the River Thames and minutes from Marlow and Henley where you will find a wide selection of Bars, Cafe’s, Restaurants and Shops. The area is perfect for country walks and cycling on the Thames Path or within the picturesque Chiltern Valley where you can enjoy its popular pubs and pretty villages. It is an ideal location for exploring the area, business trips or simply relaxing.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The Loft @ Burghfield - Self Contained Annexe

The Loft @ Burghfield is a hotel style self-contained one bedroomed annexe with separate entrance, kitchenette and ensuite shower room. Located in the heart of the charming village of Burghfield Common it offers excellent links to Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury and London as well as offering woodland walks on the doorstep. Perfect for visiting relatives or whilst working at nearby AWE. Please note that the annexe is not available for "day use" and we will expect all guests to stay overnight.

The Studio at Sandys House

Close to the centre of Chadlington and the nearby Cafe, which offers breakfasts and light meals, the Tite Inn and local deli and butcher's shops, the Studio offers peaceful and comfortable self-contained accommodation in a lovely garden setting at Sandys House (Grade 2 listed) including kitchen, shower-room and living / creative space with wifi. An ideal retreat for artists / writers or Cotswold visits, and garden tours , with nearby London rail links via Charlbury (GWR) or Oxford.

Annexe in the heart of Haddenham

1 bed self-contained annexe with bathroom and kitchen overlooking our beautiful garden, situated in a former farmhouse in the heart of Haddenham. Bright and airy, the annexe is brilliantly located in the historic part of the village, lovely local pubs and the award winning Norsk cafe are just a short walk away. Just a 10 minute walk from Haddenham mainline train station giving easy access London (40 mins) and Oxford (25 mins). Direct trains to Bicester Village take just 14 minutes.

Lovely Annexe / Suite with a separate lounge, Bedroom ( Kingsize Bed ) & Bathroom - ideal for a couple. Sole Use. Attached to the main house but own private entrance & self check-in. Parking on a drive. Smart TV. We don't have a Kitchen but there is a Fridge, Kettle, Toaster and Tea & Coffee, and Milk & Juice are provided. We offer boat trips for an extra fee. Train links to Henley, Reading & London. 5 mins to River Thames

Ideally located between the historic village of Dorchester-on-Thames, home to the renowned Dorchester Abbey, and the picturesque Clifton Hampden, famously described in Three Men in a Boat as “wonderfully pretty, old-fashioned, peaceful, and dainty with flowers.”

Lowood is perfectly situated in East Hendred - a picture postcard village at the foot of the downs. There are two fabulous pubs. A wonderful shop and amazing walks in every direction. Wedding venues - Barton House, Lains barn and Ardington House are 5 minutes by car. Harwell campus, Milton trading estate, Williams F1 engineering and Didcot Parkway Station ( London 41minutes) are also close by.
