Mitten im Wald und nur zehn Gehminuten vom Müggelsee entfernt, bietet unser Haus die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub im Grünen oder für Tagesausflüge in die Stadt. Auf 30m² finden bis zu vier Personen ausreichend Platz und mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem eigenen Bad und Kaminofen, sollten keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Centrally located in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin's most beautiful area, in a quiet street with nice restaurants, cafés and lots of green! Netflix is available on both TVs, as well as a fast internet connection (250Mb/s), washing machine and Nespresso machine with capsules selection.

Our Zweifach Minilofts are ideal for up to 4 people. Within their 40 sqm there is a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, an open kitchen with a large table for working or dining, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All Zweifach Minilofts have large windows with either north views to the park, or across the city square to the east.
