Our gated community is bayside, has 2 awesome pools, big splash pool, rec center, a fishing/crabbing pier, pond with paddle boats, 2 playgrounds We are located next door to Frontier Town water slides , western shows, mini golf, a rope course, ice cream shop.

Located in the “coolest small town in America,” this cozy getaway offers unparalleled access to the charms of Berlin’s Main Street and its many restaurants, shops, and galleries. A mere five-minute walk from Burley Oak Brewing Company, this one bedroom accommodation is also conveniently local to the beaches at Ocean City & Assateague Island. Studio type 5 mins from Ocean City-

New Flooring! Studio type guest home, only 5 to 7 minutes to Ocean City, Maryland or Assateague island. Guest home has Assateague bay view (no private access to the Bay) and a private entrance to the guest home. Seasonal, summer rental (or year round maybe considered). Preferably adults and kids ages 10 and above due to steep stairs. No breakfast included. After cleaning, We use Lysol to sanitize the air. Please let us know if you don’t like it and we will not use before your checkin.

Delightful Skoolie Near Bethany Beach

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.
