The Shophouse A Sweet Studio in Nob Hill

Welcome to our quiet studio, in a nice neighborhood, centrally located in Nob Hill. It's a 5-10 minute walk to eclectic shopping, dining and entertainment. It's a 4-5 minute drive to UNM, Pope Joy Hall, CNM; 12-15 minute drive to Old Town, Albuquerque BioPark, Museums; 4 minutes to I-25 and 7 minutes to the airport! The space was recently a workshop for furniture building; before that, a carport! We've had so much fun creating a living space from this old garage. It's a pleasure to share it!

We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

This unique tiny-home is the perfect home base for the intrepid traveler to explore the outdoor adventures, southwest cuisine, and historic landmarks that Albuquerque has to offer. Centrally located, you will find plenty of dining, hiking, museums, and shopping within minutes of this newly built casita. Downtown Casita / Guesthouse

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

Enjoy peace, quiet, dark night sky and tranquility in Albuquerque’s Rio Grande South Valley. You will be surrounded by green and verdant private farmland and open spaces. Only 20 minutes from ABQ Airport and 25 minutes from downtown, Old Town and Nob Hill, the Little Bird Casita is near to all the cultural activities, museums, fine and casual dining and shopping one might desire. Walking and hiking trails are close by. You will be enchanted by the New Mexico sunsets. Sleeps 4!

North Valley Hideaway

The Hideaway is close to Old Town, Rio Grande Nature Center, Rio Grande river, Bosque bike and walking trails, and Open Space. You’ll love the Casita because of the neighborhood, it’s seclusion, the size, the quiet, the coziness. The Hideaway is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Our old dog Hopi will greet you! Pets are limited to 3, with a $20.00 fee. If you plan on leaving your pet unattended for a long time please, advise us.

Guest Casita Downtown/Oldtown

This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

Adorable Adobe is perfect for getaways or longer stays. Completely private and quiet. The kitchen and living area have been recently updated. Beautiful vega ceilings, bright natural light, and a large yard with seating to enjoy fresh air and sun. Close to I-40 for easy access to anywhere in the city. A short 10-minute drive gets you to Old Town and many of our local museums, zoo, bio park, and artisan food hall, the Sawmill Market. Permit 144838

Cozy get-away in the heart of Downtown Albuquerque

Just in time for winter, we recently installed brand new central heating at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

Casa Canoncito

Enjoy pristine nature in our off grid, 1bd attached apartment, nestled high in the mountains on a private road, surrounded by pinon and city views. Hiking paths start out the back door, yet all the fun of Albuquerque is only 20 minutes away.
