Das 36qm große Apartment verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, Smart TV, WLAN, Verdunklungsrollos, Handtücher, einen Föhn, einer Badewanne, einer Küche inklusive Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Kapseln und einer Teeauswahl. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Ladeburg, einem Ortsteil von Bernau bei Berlin.

Ruhige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Küche und Badezimmer in Berlin. Jeweils eine S-Bahn- und Tram-Station befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. W-LAN, Haartrockner, sowie Hand- und Badetücher sind vorhanden. Letztes Jahr gab es einen Wasserschaden, daher mußte die Tapete und der Laminat entfernt werden. Quite 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom in Berlin. Subway and Tram Station are not far away (approx. 400 m). WI-FI, hairdryer, towels are in the apartment. Last year was a water damage.

Ihr grosses Appartement (90 m²) liegt am nordöstlichen Stadtrand von Berlin, inmitten der Barnimer Feldmark, nur 20 Minuten bis Berlin-Gesunbrunnen ab S-Bahnhof Buch. Über den Berliner Ring sind wir auch mit dem Auto ideal zu erreichen. Das Universitätsklinikum Buch liegt in 3km Entfernung. Die gemütliche Wohnung hat neben dem Schlafzimmer nochzwei Couches und ein Schlafsofa mit einer Matratzenbreite von 160 cm im großen Wohnzimmer.

Die klimatisierte ruhige Gästewohnung, mit Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie Bad, befindet sich in Panketal, Ortsteil Schwanebeck, an der Stadtgrenze zu Berlin-Buch, in der Nähe des Helios-Klinikum. Vom Autobahndreieck Barnim sind wir in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Mit Bus und S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, seid Ihr in 40 Minuten im Zentrum von Berlin. Mit dem Auto dauert es ca. 30 Minuten. Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

温馨公寓万德利茨

Wer im Barnim Urlaub macht - findet hier eine gemütliche, gut ausgestattete und ruhige Wohnung in direkter Seenähe Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend ganz dicht am Wandlitzsee. Vom Balkon aus kannst du am Morgen die Rehe auf der angrenzenden Waldwiese beim Äsen beobachten. Im Sommer bist du zu Fuss in 3 Minuten am See. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Eine helle und geräumige Galerie im OG laden zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein.

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

Cozy apartment in a new building near the center of Berlin. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our space has an open plan living and dining area. Additional guests can stay on a sofa bed. The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. PS: If you look at the reviews, please do not be surprised, we have recently renovated the apartment extensively ;-)

Wi-Fi and TV are also available. Explore the surroundings on foot or by public transport, as the accommodation is located in close proximity to public transport.
