L’appartamento ospita persone di ogni provenienza e prevede camera da letto, salotto (con divano letto alla francese), bagno con doccia e cucina. Nei locali possono soggiornare 3 adulti oppure 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Gli ospiti possono inoltre approfittare dell’ampio giardino, parcheggio e del Wifi5G. Gli spazi rinnovati si inseriscono in una casa con altri 3 appartamento.

La nostra baita offre un rifugio semplice e accogliente, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La baita è dotata di una cucina ben attrezzata con un forno a legna, camere confortevoli, bagno e doccia semplici, una veranda accogliente. Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (15min.) con parcheggio.

It boasts a historic pine wood living room, two queen-size bedrooms, a sunny balcony, and a new stainless steel eat-in kitchen. Everything's within walking distance: a Coop supermarket, public swimming pool, restaurants on the lively piazza, and the train station where the Rhäthische Bahn stops en route between Italy and the Engadin glaciers.

Enjoy your stay in the heart of Poschiavo, just 50 m from the lively piazza. The flat is located in a small alley with no traffic and with a view of the mountains. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with a big couch that can serve as an additional bed for a 3rd guest. The kitchen is small but well-equipped incl. a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is a public parking lot 5 min by foot which costs 4 CHF per day. The train station is also 5 min by foot.

Located 80 m. from the Li Curt train station and only 4 km from Lake Le Prese, it is only 15 km from Italy. Nearby you will find numerous cozy bars and restaurants to taste the many 100% Valposchiavo specialties of the area.
