Great for traveling to Notre Dame, Andrews University, St. Mary's, and beaches in Bridgman and St. Joe. 1/2 mile to the river walk in Niles. This apartment is located above a quiet business that operates Monday through Friday. You have full access to the entire apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The only shared space is one common door that splits access to the business from the upstairs apartment.

Sweet cottage on our farm: Fully equipped kitchen and furnished living/sleeping area 14’x15' approx., washer/dryer. Sleeps 4: queen bed and queen sofa bed. Lots of privacy and next to organic garden, fields, stable and fruit orchards. All utilities, TV and WI-FI included. Well water with new water softener and water heater. Pet friendly; no pet fee. Lots of farm paths to walk your pet. Encourage off leash if trained. Horses have moved to another farm while pasture and stable rehabbed.

Relax in the upper level of our bi-level vacation home w/private entrance. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath includes a beautiful Master suite! Enjoy the Hot tub and fire pit in the backyard. Wine Tour? Stay with us and you'll receive a discount with "Grape & Grain Tours" plus complimentary pick up and drop off. Must be 25 or older to book.

In the heart of Berrien Springs! Walking distance to the local library, downtown for restaurants & shops, and only 1 mile from Andrews University. Great location within a 30-minute drive; Notre Dame, Warren Dunes State Park, downtown St Joseph, Harbor Shores Golf Club, and many local wineries and farmers' markets. Pet-friendly, just make sure to ADD the pet fee when booking. This is a NO SMOKING property, which includes inside and outside the property too. Please read the house rules.

This Historic District upstairs apartment is in the heart of downtown Niles. The 19-mile IN+MI River Valley Trail passes 2 blocks west along the St. Joseph River. Within 4 blocks are Wonderland Theatre, restaurants, 2 antique malls, 4 gyms, Veni's chocolates, Swirley's frozen yogurt, retail shops and an outdoor summer concert bandshell. Notre Dame and downtown South Bend are 8 miles/16 mins. to the south. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

TINY studio for ONE. Non-smoking inside & out. Our typical guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.

There is also a washer and dryer. Should also note that this is a lower level suite with stairs to access.
