Stunning Vineyard Cottage with pool & terrace

Slow down and unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway. Once a vineyard workers cottage, many years ago, it is now fully restored to comfortably welcome four guests. The cottage flanks the vines with an uninterrupted view over our organic vineyard towards the estuary on the horizon. Relax on the terrace and take in its generous views over the landscape, take a dip in your own private pool, open late May-Sept, or stroll through the vines and woodlands that are both equally abundant in the area.

Located in a small quiet hamlet near Saint Laurent Médoc in the heart of the Médoc forest, 45 minutes from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from the ocean, 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and 5 minutes from all amenities. We welcome you in a small stone outbuilding. A bedroom on an open mezzanine, bathroom/WC, a fully equipped kitchen. Cathedral living room with sofa bed and large fireplace. Sheets, bath towels, provided. Boat on Lake Hourtin by reservation. and a horse riding school in the front of the house

Catch the morning sunrise whilst enjoying your morning coffee on the outside deck. A spacious dome in the shape of an igloo with a 180° view of the french valley below, hugged by the woodlands. If the skies are clear, enjoying stargazing, either outside or though our unique dome ceiling window.

Vous pourrez poser vos valises dans cette maison de standing avec salon, salle à manger, cuisine équipée et chambre spacieuse : salle de bain, wc, TV, armoire, lit double 160cm. La maison est équipée de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour : TV satellite, internet fibre, buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge, cheminée, salon de jardin. Le tout dans une rue paisible avec tous les commerces et restaurants accessibles à pieds.

Cet authentique chai viticole situé au cœur du nord médoc, à 17km des plages offre un espace de vie atypique de 800m2 contenant notre habitation et un gîte de 215m2. Vous disposerez de trois chambres climatisées ayant chacune une salle d’eau et wc séparé, une immense pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée. Enfin, vous séparant de notre habitation, vous trouverez une salle de jeu avec un billard américain et… Un bowl de skate! Vélos et planches de surf peuvent également être mis à disposition.

En entrant ,vous trouverez un patio commun avec le logement d'en face ( un T4). Vous pourrez stationner sur les parkings gratuits de la ville.
