We are in a quiet no through lane within 20 minutes walking distance of 3 pubs & 2 tearooms. Sleeps 2 adults and up to 3 children (sofa bed in living room and single pull out in bedroom). Seaford is a charming seaside town full of independent cafes and shops and is surrounded by the stunning South Downs National Park. The house is a short walk from the train station and local bus stops to Brighton/Eastbourne and is a great starting location for the Seven Sisters hike.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
