Our condo unit includes free parking, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Youtube TV /wi-fi. We supply sheets and towels.

Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $200.

The Winkler

The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. Charming, updated cottage. Wifi and space to work. Located between Bethany Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD, Fenwick is known as 'The Quiet Resort.' Two blocks to the beach. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple or small family. Sitting on a lovely, quiet block, between the ocean and the bay, the cottage is a quick walk to fine dining, pubs and shopping. The cottage comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella, an outdoor shower, and a beach parking pass.
