None of the amenities are shared. The fully-equipped kitchenet has everything you'll need to cook and warm your meals. Guest suite is the entire basement apartment which is a part of a bigger home where host lives.

Large windows offer a view onto a patio bordered with hydrangeas & evergreens; the bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a Samsung smart TV, & a desk. The Kohler shower head in the bathroom offers firm pressure and the mini-fridge & microwave are on hand for snacks. Short term rental license no. STR25-00162. Please note: There is no kitchen and no washer/dryer.
