The Pool Palace

This stylish 2500 sq ft lower-level retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Located just 2 miles from Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Hwy 316, 5 miles from Fort Yargo State Park, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and shops - and only a short 25-minute drive to UGA. Enjoy a 20x40 ft pool, a billiard table, a cozy fireplace in the living room, two bedrooms with king-size beds, a full bathroom with direct access to the pool area, and many more thoughtful amenities throughout.

Charming rustic studio for nature lover

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.
