Outdoor and cultural activities abound. Just 5 min. from Gansbaai for shopping.

山海乡村小屋

A neat comfortable flat in a peaceful neighbourhood, a 500m walk away from the Onrus to Sandbaai coastal path. Great locations for swimming, surfing, diving or just catching some sun rays. If you like mountain biking or hiking the mountains are also just around the corner. The stoep features a wood fired hot tub and fire pit and looks towards the mountains and a stand of bluegums which attracts a lot of bird life. The flat is on our property but is completely separate with secure parking.

Lantern Tides海滩平房Smitswinkel湾

This is the newest and best kitted out beach bungalow out of the 26 in the private nature reserve of Smitswinkel Bay, near Cape Point. A perfect barefoot holiday spot for reconnecting. Off grid, with solar powered fridge, gas appliances and candles and solar lamps at night. Built in braai on the deck and cozy wood stove inside. The architect-designed bungalow is spectacular with views from every angle and is beautifully decorated and kitted out. Great swimming and snorkelling!

Smell the ocean, breathe in incredible views and never leave this most secret special hideaway. If you want a rustic albeit sometimes windy escape to restore your soul then it's for you. Please note you need to go down (and back up) 90 stairs to the property. Familie Huis is a much loved family home overlooking a river wetland and surrounded by pristine fynbos. A central feature of the wonderfully spacious downstairs area is a huge inside hearth for roaring fires (or to braai or cook). It's an absolutely brilliant house for winter getaways - warm and cosy (and also great for families with small children). Its perfectly situated - a five minute walk to the beach as well as all village amenities.
