There is a large garden & olive grove to wander in & it is a 5-minute drive or pleasant 30-minute walk into town.

Put your feet up and relax with a good book in this gorgeous Heritage listed building built in 1907 by the Collins brothers, or head out for some beautiful views of Mt Brown and long walking trails along the Avon River, followed by some delicious food and drink at one of the local pubs or cafes. The Collins is located right in the centre of town. It is just a short stroll to the local cafes, pubs, shops, museums and parks.

Pets are very welcome; however, Settlers does not have an enclosed yard, so guests are asked to watch their dogs carefully, and to place them on a lead when other guests are around.
