The Green Cabin is located on a 45 acre ranch with a 2 mile nature trail and 50 ft from the Cibolo Creek for swimming, fishing, kayaking. Also have 3 motocross tracks on the property. Located between San Antonio and Seguin, the Evergreen Compound is close enough to the city to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy the outdoors. Not far from major attractions, great food and shopping near by. SA riverwalk, SeaWorld, Six flags, Gruene, New Braunfels, tubing the river all with in 30min.

Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom home located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located minutes away from downtown, the river walk, IH 35 and loop 410. If you prefer to stay home and relax, we have a large covered back patio, a ceiling fan to cool off. Enjoy grilling on our large BBQ pit while you sip on a cold refreshing beverage. We have plenty of sitting on our comfy patio set where you can enjoy a nice outdoor meal in our fully fenced back yard. Play corn hole, Jenga or yard pong!

This room has 2 smart tvs so you can watch what you want. One being a 65" curved Samsung with soundbar and subwoofer.The room stays ice cold during summer and super warm in winter. Guest bathroom has a Jolie filtered showerhead. Free wifi . I'm a very laid back host and the house stays quiet all day. I have cats and a german shepherd.420 friendly, pet friendly.
