This adorable studio apartment is located in the back of a gorgeous 1910 jewel of a home in Tobin Hill. It features a kitchenette with a sink, a refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom has a large beautifully tiled walk-in shower. We are located within walking distance of the Pearl area, restaurants, entertainment and watering holes! This newly renovated loft at the former Handy Andy produce warehouse still retains a lot of character from its old life. Exposed ceilings soar in the common spaces and concrete floors provide an industrial feel. TVs and desks are included in each of the 5 bedrooms. The private pavilion and yard give your family and friends even more room to grill, dine or relax.
