The property is a 3-minute walk from SM City Legazpi, Bus/Jeepney terminal, Police Station, Pag IBIG and GSIS Regional Offices and LCC Expressmart, only a few steps away from restaurants, grocery stores, ATMs and main road for public transportation, a 5-minute ride from Ayala Mall, LCC Mall and Metro Gaisano and a 20-minute ride from Bicol International Airport.
