Welcome to Croix Hollow. This custom built cedar home is nestled on 12 acres in the St. Croix River Valley. It features a soaring great room with a wall of windows, remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, 3 gas fireplaces, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sauna, bar, & theater room! The home is located halfway between historic Stillwater & Taylor's Falls. Wander through the Franconia Sculpture Garden, have a wine tasting at Rustic Roots or hike at William O'Brien State Park, there is plenty to do!

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. Joan and I live on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r." Diversity is welcome.

This beautiful little cabin sits on the water edge on Indian Lake. Great Lake to fish on. There is a swimming raft that you can swim to along with a paddle boat. Great access to snowmobile trails. This is a small place on a septic system with a NEW ! 40 gallon water heater with only 2 vehicle parking. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available.

Level yard walks directly to lake and on-site boat launch. Although not handicap accessible, the main floor bedroom/living area and level lot would accommodate someone with limited mobility.

Cozy Cabin Lake Front

Great little cabin in a small town, just about 1 hour north of the twin cities. 2 bedroom 1 bath, 650 square foot cabin. Our lake is not beach front, and there are no beaches on the lake. The lake is only 11 feet deep, spring and creek fed. Later in the summer, the water can get murky and filled with algae. Great place to enjoy peace and quiet. Very relaxing! Please note: No parties. Pets welcome with $25 fee. Closest grocery store about twenty minutes away.
