Fastest high speed internet available in the area. it's also in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood close to restaurants, stores and a short walk to the Rim trail.

Boat parking is usually available on nearby dirt lot down the street. On the entry-level there is a 2-car garage, kitchen/dining area, living room, patio with grill & half-bath. On the lower-level are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms & sliding doors leading out to the backyard. Only 10min to Lake Powell, 15min to Page, 22min to Horseshoe Bend, & 25min to Antelope Canyon.

The backyard is very serene and well kept with a few fruit trees, so feel free to enjoy some fresh plums, pears, or cherries depending on season.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view! Perched above Powell with a wonderful view of The lake & mountains, with a nice porch with which to enjoy the view! We have an oversized 2 car garage, & room for a boat in the driveway. This is NOT the typical current day generic ABNB, this is our home. We work hard to make it feel like home! Kitchen is very well stocked. We are dog friendly, but we request a pet fee of $75 prior to your stay. please let us know that you have dogs at booking.
