It is designed to provide modern and comfortable hub for creating summer memories whilst discovering Boka Bay. The villa's location is convenient: small grocery shop is footsteps away as well as few pebble beaches. Beach bar is within 10 mins walking distance whilst one is within 20 minutes driving distance to all Boka Bay's attractions As a tourist, you have to pay tourist tax upon arrival

The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the Old Town Budva. The apartment has a beautiful view of Budva Bay. It is situated in a family house, which has a garden with a lot of various plants and trees. The apartment has its own separate entrance. It is always cleaned and before new guests arrive. There are many restaurants nearby and several popular beaches. Also, there is a big market very close to the apartment. The parking place is located right in front of the house.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

This romantic little house is located on our property. You have private entrance and gate. 5 minutes’ walk to the beach, 20 m2 terrace with a dining area. BBQ in beautiful garden. Totally renovated, with lots of natural light and 4-meter-high ceilings, it can sleep between 2-4 people. With an open plan kitchen, dining and living room and a separate double bedroom with lots of storage space (plenty room for suitcases!!) it is ideal for singles, couples and families.
