The apartment is the part of an exclusive old traditional house (about 120 years old), made of stone. The separate flat also includes a private terrace with a beautiful view, for which we guarantee that you will not find a better one in the bay. In addition to the terrace, the apartment contains two large bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. If you want to feel how life used to be and what large traditional Montenegrin houses looked like, then you are in the right place! Welcome!

"Chill Studio" with Pool and Stunning Sea View!

Chill Studio is located above Old Town Budva which is a 5 minutes drive and 10 minutes walk to Old town. The studio offers STUNNING views of the Montenegrian coast line and the Adriatic sea. The pool is few steps away from the terrace where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine and watch the sunset from the apartment. The studio is 36m2 and the terrace is 12m2. Very quiet place and pool to relax no parties allowed. Kids must be with adults. free wifi . Pool is open from may to October

My place is located in Saint Stasije, Kotor, 50 m from the sea and the closest beach. Restaurants can be found in 50 m, the nearest store in a 3-min walk. Kotor can be reached in 5 km. You can go there by bus (0.7 euro) or by taxi (5 euro). Tivat Airport can be reached in 12.5 km. Our apartments are situated in the best rated area in Kotor. Wonderful view on the Kotor Bay. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

It is in the quite neighbourhood, close to the city center, restaurant and shops and local transport.
