This beautiful annexe is a new addition to our home and has provided us with an amazing space within our garden. The annexe has a open plan sitting room with kitchen and breakfast bar at one end. The bedroom has a super king size bed that can be set up as a twin room if required and there is a separate bathroom with double walk in shower. This is an ideal space for business trips with its own access, wifi, usb points and the ability to self cater if you wish but equally a great weekend getaway.

Enjoy modern comforts amid picturesque surroundings. Perfect for nature lovers, with amazing walks right out the door and easy access to ancient woodlands and the Chiltern Hills. Harpsden offers a peaceful retreat without the hustle of nearby railway stations or shops. Your perfect getaway awaits!

Private double bedroom and en-suite bathroom

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.

Detached Barn

Situated in a quiet private road in Lower Shiplake within a 5 minute walk of the railway station, local pub, river and village shop! This newly renovated Victorian Barn with high ceilings and exposed beams offers a large living area with a small kitchen, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The Barn, situated within our garden, benefits from its own entrance and is detached from the main house where we live. The Barn has a small courtyard garden for guest use in the summer.

Cosy annexe by shops/parking, 19min walk to Henley

The Hoppy Annexe is a self-contained space, set in a little garden on a peaceful road with free parking, a 15-20 minute walk down the hill to Henley town centre. It is suitable for either a single person or a couple - there's a standard sized double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Beautiful countryside walking routes are just a minutes away and Henley town centre, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and river front is within easy reach.

Cottage with gated parking 7 mins from Henley

Our country cottage is the perfect place for a weekend getaway or longer stay. It is minutes away from Henley on Thames, can sleep 5 people and has gated parking. It shares a beautiful, spacious garden with your hosts (who live next door) with a private, seated outdoor area. It’s rural and quiet enough to take advantage of beautiful walks nearby but equally, has a village shop, post office, local pub and restaurants within walking distance.

This large 1 bed self-contained annex is located in Henley-On-Thames, a traditional English market town, best known for the Royal Regatta. Situated in the Thames valley, there are a wide range of walks and cycle rides available through the picturesque Oxfordshire countryside! Conveniently located for pubs, restaurants, shops, culture and entertainment.
