Cozy house with 3 bedrooms, a garden, 5 minutes walk from the train station and city center. Newly renovated with a lot of natural light, but still has some original features like the stained glass sliding doors and the wooden floor. It contains everything you need for a couple of days of holiday or work trip; large wooden dining table, tv, comfortable couch, spacious bedroom, bathroom. Within 30 min. to Amsterdam Central Station with public transport and 30 min. by car (P&R RAI Amsterdam)

Luxe appartement met dakterras

We hebben een comfortabel en modern huis op de veemarkt in Utrecht. Perfect om Utrecht/Nederland te ontdekken. De bovenste twee verdiepingen zijn beschikbaar voor de verhuur. Wat kan je verwachten? Je deelt de voordeur en trappenhuis met ons gezin. Twee trappen omhoog en daar vind je twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met douche. Op de bovenste verdieping heb je een open keuken, woonkamer en prachtig dakterras tot je beschikking. Je kan je eigen ruimte afsluiten door middel van een schuifdeur.

Surround yourself with 100+ plants in this urban jungle. You will have a mini lion (cat) to protect you, sunshine throughout the day, and lots of inspiration for optimizing a green city life. Walk 1 minute to the neighborhood park (with chickens!) or 15 minutes walking to Utrecht Centraal station or city center. And If you would rather stay in, there are many games, art supplies, and a hammock to keep your mind at peace I'll have bikes for you & can maybe take you on a lil tour! xx Ellie

Special town house with a modern private garden.

Deze letterlijk midden in Nederland gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht. In 30 minuten in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam of Utrecht. Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.
