The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Location: Situated in a scenic area, this delightful bungalow is only a fifteen minute walk from Joss bay beach and Stone Bay, two of Broadstairs’ finest beaches, and within easy walking distance from central Broadstairs and the train station. It is very near to the North Foreland Golf Club, the Lighthouse and public footpath through Elmwood Farm, overlooking fields with horses. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.
