Pets are very welcome,$15 per day per pet fee.

Welcome to The Primary, what was once the Stone Lake Elementary School. The First & Frost King Unit is a roughly 900 sq ft apartment in a former classroom, that features a full kitchen, eating space, living room, 1 king bedroom and 1 bath. If you are looking for additonal space, ask us about the adjoining studio unit with a queen bed and 3/4 bath for an additional fee. Please note this is a dog-friendly property.
