This flat is situated in the best part of vittoriosa . it s all surrounded with view. You can see The grand harbour , villa bighi , st angelo castle , kalkara church and the kalkara marina . It contain in a dining room which the sofa can turn into a double bed , a small kitchen , toilet and a bedroom with a double bed . The apartment is fully air conditioned , has two televisions and also a washing machine. If you want to stay in quite place with a breathtaking view this apartment is for you .

The property is located just a few steps away from the Birgu main square where one would find various restaurants. A beautifully restored 400 year old small house situated in the heart of the historical city of Cospicua, one of the fabled three cities across the harbour from Malta's capital, Valletta. The space is warm and has been stylishly restored and furnished. The ground floor leads into a living room with a sofa, a kitchen/dining room and a guest toilet. The bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom together with a terrace are on the upper floor. This floor is reached via a staircase.

Birgu/Vittoriosa is a medieval city surrounded by fortified walls and flanked by a sleek marina. The parish church is dedicated to St. Lawrence. It is one of the oldest cities, playing an important role in the Siege of Malta in 1565. The 0.5 km2 city is located on the south side of the Valletta Grand Harbour, with a long history of military and maritime activities. Phoenicians, Greeks, Romans Byzantines, Arabs, Normans, Aragonese and The Knights of Malta all shaped and developed Birgu.

The Olive 3 - Traditional Maltese Accommodation

Set in the heart of the quaint town of Birgu (Citta Vittoriosa), is this lovely townhouse. Brimming with character and history, Birgu is a medieval town filled with meandering narrow alleys, beautiful streetscapes and characteristic architecture. The townhouse itself has plenty of authentic features including thick stone walls, a traditional Maltese balcony, traditional Maltese patterned tiles and a typical wrought iron staircase. It is newly refurbished and finished to high standards.

Harbour Creek (Aircondition & Wifi)

My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.

Our house has been inspected and is legally registered and with the Malta Tourism Authority (HPE/0761). We collect 50c a day Tourism Tax which we pay to the government on your behalf.
