Tiddabinda-Relish Peace and Nature at Spacious Bayside Nest

Fully self-contained 2 brm home in bayside Brisbane. Tiddabinda (sister's sitdown) is a contemporary urban Aboriginal styled 2 bedroom totally self-contained home of comfort and modern convenience. With its own front entrance, fully fenced front garden, lounge with excellent entertainment options, a modern full sized kitchen, large bathroom, full sized wardrobes it is home to you. You have your own entrance, full sized lounge, fully functional kitchen (full sized refrigerator, oven, stovetop), a huge bathroom and two bedrooms (both with queen sized beds) with family sized wardrobes. All mod cons are included such as Foxtel, Telstra TV, Google Home and unlimited NBN high speed internet (wifi). This “smart” home is environmentally friendly, uses only non-toxic products and is equipped with two air conditioners and ceiling fans everywhere which ensures your comfort at any time of year. The whole house has filtered water which is delicious to drink. All cleaning products are provided free of charge as this is my home and I prefer to keep it as non-toxic as possible. Smoking area is restricted to the front verandah only. Thank you for respecting this matter. Guests have access to the large covered patio and pool outdoor area – ideal to sip coffee in the morning watching the sun come up while listening to the beautiful sounds of native birds greeting the day or to relax to the waterfall sounds in the evening sipping on some local wine from Sirromet Winery just up the road. You will have full privacy during your stay but I am on hand should you need help or advice with anything. I live in the back half of the home with my own entrance. You may see me coming and going and you will always get a friendly wave. I respect your privacy but if you feel like a chat over a coffee or wine, I am always up for conversation and swapping yarns. I love to find out about other people’s cultures and very willing to share mine. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of open green space, walking tracks, and lots of wildlife. Major shopping centres and an entertainment precinct are within easy walking distance, only 7 mins to Sleeman’s Sport Complex and Belmont Shooting Range, 10 mins to Sirromet Winery, 20 mins to airport, 15mins to Cleveland (ferry to Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah) and 35 mins from Brisbane CBD. Walking distance to public transport, local bush walking tracks. Most people use private cars but both taxis and uber are readily available. If you require a rental car, there is a spare car on the property. Located in Capalaba, we are 7 mins from Chandler (home of the Sleeman Sports Complex and the Belmont Shooting Range) with simple public transport to those locations. Walking distance is the Capalaba Entertainment Precinct with two shopping centres, restaurants and cinemas as well as a major bus interchange providing public transport around Brisbane (45 minutes to the CBD of Brisbane). Sirromet Winery (hosting Day on the Green events) is 12 minutes up the road, the ferry to various Moreton Bay Islands is 17 mins down the road, the airport is 20 minutes away, and only 50 minutes to the Carrara Stadium on the Gold Coast. Dreamworld, MovieWorld, Wet n Wild, Outback Spectacular and Seaworld are all well less than an hours drive away. There is one step into the house but all one level once inside. Rooms are family home size. The front yard is fenced and your well- behaved furbabies are welcomed once approved (please advise ahead of time). Facing the sublime beauty of Tingalpa Reservoir, located along a quiet no-through road dotted with similarly executive homes, when you drive past the crest of that road, you have been transported to another world. Our Lake Cabin atop 8,524m² of land offers that magical sense of escape, yet has two major shopping centres, a host of quality amenities and public transport all within a few minutes’ drive. All in all, a private and very special peaceful resort living in a privileged lakeside locale.

Esplanade apartment

The area is two bedrooms plus a private bathroom and lounge area on the ground floor of our very quiet house which overlooks the bay. You have exclusive use of a large undercover patio with BBQ , which overlooks the garden. You also have 2 TV's, microwave, toaster, hot plates and jug. It is an ideal spot for walking along the foreshore. We are 15 mins walk from the train and 10 mins from the shops .(we do pick up and drop to train). We will do everything possible to make your stay a happy one.

The Villa - Belmont Shooting & Sleeman Centres

'The Villa' recently renovated to a high modern standard is located in the Redland Bay area. A short walk to the local Birkdale shops, train station & bus routes. LOCATED AN EASY 10 min DRIVE TO SLEEMAN SPORTS CENTRE, ( The Anna Meares Velodrome, Brisbane Aquatic Centre, Brisbane BMX Arena) BELMONT SHOOTING COMPLEX , CHANDLER TENNIS CENTRE. 5 min DRIVE TO REDLANDS RUGBY UNION CENTRE, 15 min drive to Stradbroke Ferries, 19 min drive to Sirromet Winery & 15 min drive to Carindale Westfield.

'Shells on the Bay'........Right on the foreshore!

This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.

Lovely one bedroom flat in Bayside Manly West

My place is a lovely private flat and is detached from the main house. There is public transport to the city at the end of the street. The airport is approx. 20 mins drive, 30 mins to the city, and the Wynnum/Manly Esplanade is only 7 mins away. My place is private, is in a convenient location and the quiet, leafy neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. I do not accept children under 12 because of the pool. Off street parking is available.

Aquatic Paradise!

The Guest Suite is conveniently located in a quiet street in the prestigious Aquatic Paradise canal estate. It is only 400m to Birkdale Fair Shopping Centre or 800m to the train station. The Waterloo Bay foreshore with BBQ facilities and children’s playground is just 1km away. We enjoy the cool breezes. There are restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, ATMs, bars and a post office all within a 5 minute walk. Access to the main highways, airport and the Chandler sports centre is not far.

This studio has lovely natural light. It’s spacious, but still cosy. It’s new and modern and very comfortable to stay in. It has additional convenience of wifi and Netflix, air conditioning an espresso machine and Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner. The studio is on an acre property with a swimming pool and gardens. The area is quiet, but close to good restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. It’s within in walking distance to public transport.

Unique tiny home, 3km to the water front, private bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, located in quiet and safe cul de sac. 10 minutes walk from the Wellington Point Main Street shopping precinct with cafes, restaurants, a chemist, newsagent, bakery, florist, massage, quaint retail shops plus the famous Hogan’s pub and Old Bill’s Whiskey Bar. There’s also a gym, Pilates, hair and beauty salons, petrol station with mechanic and dry cleaners.
