The location is at end of a farm track in quiet secluded hamlet - Burton Bandalls (on the B676, Loughborough Rd between Prestwold & Cotes). 5 min drive / 20 min walk to Prestwold Hall. 5 min drive to Loughborough Railway station. 10 min drive to Loughborough University. 10 min drive to Great Central Steam Railway. 25 mins to East Midlands airport, 30 mins to Leicester, 30 mins to Nottingham, 45 mins to NEC and 60 mins to Birmingham.

Just a few minutes drive from Bradgate Park, NT Stonewell, Richard iii Visitors Centre and the historic town of Ashby de la Zouch with its boutique shops, bars and restaurants. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers as it has great road (M1/M42) and airport (EMA 15mins drive) access.A beautiful rural escape with everything you need for a truly memorable holiday.

There is one main bathroom, two ensuite bathrooms and one downstairs toilet. The private driveway can take 5 cars. You can board the train to Nottingham or London for day trips or nights out, go to the Leicester football games or spend quality time at Bradgate Park with wild deer. The house is surrounded by beautiful countryside.
