The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 5. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, single plug in induction ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

Lovely 2 bedroom cottage in the peaceful village of Black Bourton, ideal for a Cotswold getaway. Private parking for up to 2 vehicles, rural walks on the doorstep and a 3 minute stroll to the local pub. Great base to explore the area, only a short distance from the market town of Bampton (filming location for Downton Abbey) and with easy access to Burford (Gateway to the Cotswolds), Cotswold Wildlife Park, Clarkson's Farm locations, and a multitude of other villages, walks and historic sites.

Have fun with family & friends at our stylish stable conversion. We have ensured ultimate comfort with a huge super king size bed and a double. The super king size can be configured into twins if preferred. Both bedrooms have en suite shower rooms. Fabulous furniture surrounds the log burner, which creates the focal point of a really peaceful space. The kitchen has everything you'll need. The adjoining Lily Stables can be booked in conjunction for larger parties. EV charger available to guests *

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... . Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar with two stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire, Cotswolds and beyond.

The Carriage House

Stunning oak framed holiday home, situated within the plot of our Grade II listed Cotswold stone cottage. Centrally positioned in the historic & picturesque village of Clanfield with a private enclosed garden and secure off-road parking behind electric gates. Accommodation comprises of the entire top floor of the Carriage House, which has been curated to the highest of standards. Consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and separate living space with leather sofa bed, kitchenette & dining area.

Ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds and minutes away from Burford and Jeremy Clarkson's pub, the Farmer’s Dog. Perfectly positioned to visit Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Bibury. 6 miles from RAF Brize Norton. Using non-toxic household products where possible and putting sustainability at the forefront by using refillable bottles.

Cosy, 2 Bedroom Cottage

Our guest cottage is neatly tucked away in a quiet, secluded part of the historic village of Langford, well known for its medieval Church and highly popular Public House, The Bell Inn. Situated near Lechlade upon Thames, Burford, Bibury, The Cotswold Wildlife Park and many more popular Cotswold attractions, the cottage is in an ideal base location to discover. It is also centrally situated near three beautiful wedding venues; Oxleaze Barn, Friars Court and Caswell House.

The Apple Store at Kilkenny

A spacious one bedroom annexe with its own kitchen and shower room. Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Relax on the comfy sofa or enjoy your meals at the dining table. Fully equipped for short or longer stays. A 20 minute walk across the fields to The Farmer's Dog pub.

The Studio (Self Contained) at Priory Barn

Beautiful large and bright self contained studio with (its own entrance) with king size bed, fully equipped shower room, kitchenette (fridge/microwave/kettle/toaster), TV, internet, table and dining chairs and sofa. There are a number of delicious local takeaways who will deliver to this location. Also the local pub provide a collection service from their Covid menu (5 min walk). PLEASE NOTE; first floor, must be able to climb a flight of steps to access.
