James and Matthew invite you to their peaceful garden studio in the heart of Leura. Your home away from home is only five minutes’ walk from the bustle of eateries and specialty shops in Leura and 10 minutes’ walk to Leura railway station. The cabin is close to the world-heritage Blue Mountains National Park, with the Grand Cliff Top Walk a short stroll away. Enjoy discovering the beautiful houses and gardens of Leura as well as the food and cultural offerings of Blue Mountains villages nearby.

Mount Victoria Studio Suite

Spacious studio, with a queen size bed and a wide range of features and comforts. The studio is only a short walk to Sunset Rock, offering beautiful mountain and valley views. A short walk to Mount Vic village and other great walks. You can take this opportunity to watch the bees work or hear the sounds of visiting wildlife. This is NON-SMOKING accommodation. If you are looking for a quiet, tranquil, relaxing escape to the Blue Mountains, then Mount Booralee is the place for you. Nestled on 20 acres of private, natural bushland in Blackheath, Mount Booralee, first settled in 1880, is one of the mountain’s most historic properties. The 1930's Federation style home is surrounded by stunning formal gardens and parkland areas with a lily pond, water garden and the Summit – a high rocky outcrop offering panoramic views of the surrounding district.

Free pick up from Blackheath station available.

Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, 2 min walk from beautiful lookout, bush walks and rock climbing. Wildlife on your doorstep, including birds, kangaroos and small marsupials. 20 minutes drive from Katoomba, 7 minutes from Blackheath. Access to cafe's, restaurants, Japanese bath house and traditional Finnish sauna.

Coomassie Studio: the charm of a historic property

This accommodation is ideal for those who prefer the rustic charm of a historic property over modern comforts. Warm and cosy in winter, the studio was once a purpose-built kitchen of a house built in 1888. Separate entrance. Recycled furniture, large bed, sofa, original fireplace and bathroom with shower cabin. Tiny veranda and a kitchenette, shared patio. NO KITCHEN. To use the fireplace, please BYO timber. Architect designed loft net studio.

Studio White is set at the front of a newly built architect designed residence. It is modern and spacious with a loft netted mezzanine over the living area and is accessed by Italian spiral stairs. The lower living area has a fireplace opening up onto a large deck overlooking the garden and pond. We live quietly in a very separate part of the building. It is tastefully decorated with some special touches reminding you that you are in the beautiful Blue Mountains.

Leura Bolthole

Fully self contained 1 bedroom unit with own entrance, fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast items (bacon, eggs, tomatoes, butter, milk, bread of your choice) supplied for guest to prepare themselves at their leisure. (Stays for over 6 days, breakfast is only provided for the 3 days as nightly price are at a discounted rate) Warm and cozy in winter. Cool and airy in summer. The residence looks out into a private fenced off patio area, with garden and bush outlook.

Rustic mountain studio

The studio is in a lovely garden setting with a 15 minute walk to the village of Blackheath. Daytime bus service is within 50 metres. It is a quiet spot apart from the the abundant birdlife (cockatoos, magpies, crimson rosellas, kookaburras) at dusk and dawn. Entrance to Blue Mountains National Park is a couple of kilometres further down the road with easy hike to Perry's Lookdown and Anvil Rock. There is a comfortable queen bed with a small kitchenette.

Blackheath Sunny Elevated Studio - A Bower Above

Located just around the corner from The Grand Canyon Loop Walk and Walls Cave and close to Bridal Veil Falls, A Bower Above is a delightful spot for two. Quiet and on the edge of town, this property with it’s main house and two private accommodations, is an acre and a quarter and was originally farmland and the produce store for Blackheath. Away from the hustle and bustle, but only five minutes to town, it's a place to help you rest, explore and reconnect.
