Sunset Pointe is the perfect base for a seaside break.Located a 2min walk from Cleveleys high street, where you will find a variety of shops, cafes, bars, takeaways and arcades. The beach is a 5 minute walk away & the tram stop to the centre of Blackpool/ Fleetwood is a 3minute walk away. There is a big Aldi in the centre of Cleveleys and convenience store located on ‘Beach Road’ (a 2min walk from the house). The house is pet friendly & has a secure garden for dogs which is a lovely suntrap.

This is an upstairs flat although just one flight of stairs **the breakfast.. This is in the form of a small welcome pack containing cereal/milk which is handy for the guests who chose to stay just one night, there are of course many cafes etc The apartment is self check in **THERE IS A SOFA BED SUITABLE FOR A CHILD

Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.
