Enjoy the sounds and sights of nature when you stay in this unique place. Our small house is our place of respite as we develop our farm. It is full of many luxuries and a well appointed kitchen to allow for a very comfortable stay. There are views of our farm and the surrounding area from every window and the window above the bed is perfect for stargazing at night from the comfort of your bed. We have many animals on including water buffalo, goats, pigs, and chickens so always something to see.

We are next to a >1400 acre nature preserve with 5 miles of trails. Appalachian Trail (McAfee Knob), Blue Ridge Highway, Smith Mountain Lake, James River, wineries, breweries, shopping are close by. 18 min to Roanoke College and 40 minutes to Virginia Tech. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.
