Dating from 1762, this beautiful stone cottage is full of period features, beamed ceilings and a huge inglenook fireplace. Lovely rural hillside location in a courtyard setting, 2 miles from the main road along a country lane, but only 9 miles from Ruthin. Enjoy the lovely private garden, watch the birds or stargaze at night whilst sharing a bottle of wine in the 'Piggery'. Perfectly placed for all that North Wales has to offer. With beds for 8 people in the main house & 4 in the annex it is perfect for three families or a group of friends. The 2 bathrooms in the main house are clean & modern. The kitchen is well equipped. The annex (small additional cost) has a bunk bedroom & shower room upstairs, downstairs living room with sofabed & kitchenette. Blaenau Ffestiniog was designated a UNESCO world heritage site in August 2021.

Cae Canol Bach provides a lovely romantic get away. Situated on the lower slopes of the Manod mountain you will be surrounded by spectacular views of the valleys flowing towards the sea. This cosy hideaway offers a galleried mezzanine bedroom above an open plan spacious living area with wood burning stove, kitchen and shower room. We allow up to 3 well behaved pets who are NOT tempted by sheep. A 4x4 is required between October and April and recommended between April and October.
