Our private tiny home is in a beautiful setting and fully equipped for a getaway, yet close to Knoxville. It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. The deck includes a grill and there is a fireplace in the living room. It is the perfect getaway for any season!

It was originally one of the zinc mine housing for managers and now comfortably accommodates eight guests. Surrounded by lush woods and a picturesque creek a short walk down the hill. It provides a tranquil escape. Just a 20-minute drive from the heart of downtown Knoxville, it also offers easy access to Dollywood, within an hour’s drive. Interestingly, we reside right across from this Airbnb.

A short drive to Sevierville, Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, to check out local attractions in the area.

The other downstairs bedroom has a full size bed with a futon. 3 other bedrooms are located upstairs. They have 4 queen size beds and 2 full-size beds. Has a cozy living room and dining room area & kitchen. Close access to I 40 and route 66 to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge areas. 8 miles to Knoxville Tennessee and surrounding areas are a short drive away. Stocked coffee/tea bar.

We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!
