Private apartment 200 metres to beautiful Blairgowrie beach and 800m to Koonya Back Beach. Kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press and coffee machine. BBQ in the private courtyard. 150m to Koonya General Store for coffees and take away food. 1.5km along the beach to Blairgowrie cafes; drive 3km into Sorrento for boutiques and cafes or drinks/meals at the historic Hotel Sorrento or the fabulous Continental. Enjoy lunch or dinner and the spectacular views at the Portsea Pub.

Located 1.4km from Blairgowrie shops, 2.2km from the Yacht Squadron, 1.1km from the front beach & 750m from the back beach.

Ideally located in a quiet street, the beach just 450m away. A great base to explore award-winning wineries, hot springs, national parks and golf courses, all a short drive away. After a day at the beach, enjoy the outdoor shower before relaxing on the deck taking in the lovely garden, playing board games or table tennis.

Melibee House

Light-filled, open-plan recently renovated 3 bedroom house with swimming pool, 2 bathrooms including 1 with a bath. Note : pool heated at additional cost: please enquire when booking. The cost is $120 for total stay. Note: SCHOOLIES bookings available with strict conditions upon enquiry. Parent gaurantor required for reservation 15 minute walk to either front or back beaches. 5-10 minutes drive to Hot Springs, great golf courses, wineries, cafes, restaurants and the local shops

Canterbury Jetty Beach House

A delightfully renovated classic early 60's beach house with a large outdoor living area. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There are board games, petanque/boules and tennis rackets to play with. Beach umbrella and Esky are also provided for trips to the beach or picnics. Firewood for the wood heater is supplied. My place is suitable for couples and families (with kids and or pets). The large deck and grassed area in the back yard is fully fenced and secure.
