Charming lodge,cosy, comfortable,ideal location

A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved property in the town of Blairgowrie. Boasting 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The newly installed kitchen has a fridge,freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, toaster,dishwasher, airfryer and a microwave. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This lodge has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed,wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom contains a double bed, hanging and drawer storage There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet, bath and overhead shower The second ( en suite)bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. At the rear of the lodge is a sunny garden area ..perfect for lounging,dining or enjoying a bbq and a sundowner after a day hiking, biking, or exploring. Blairgowrie itself has plenty to offer ...beautiful woodland or river walks, restaurants and cafes all within walking distance of the lodge .Beyond,lies Glenshee, for the snow sport lovers, endless biking tracks and routes taking in fabulous scenery and historical landmarks .... Pony trekking, kayaking, .... Information all available on the Blairgowrie websites. The lodge is a short 40minute drive from stunning Lunan Bay ... The beach is a wonderful mix of sand,caves for exploring,and a fresh water stream...a perfect day out! There are also excellent golf courses in the area. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property,but limited to 2,and there is a charge of 20 per pet for the duration of your stay .

Lodge 2 - 3 bedroom lodge with private hot tub

We have two identical 3-bedroom lodges. Both lodges have one king sized bed, one double and two singles, sleeping 6 and have a private hot tub. Downstairs in our self catering lodges, we offer a lounge dining room which seats up to six people; with satellite tv, docking stations, dvd player including some DVDs for your entertainment. Each lodge has a separate kitchen with all the "mod cons" including dish washer, washing machine, microwave etc. Also located downstairs there is a double bedroom
