We are centrally located in the Texas Hill Country - 5 minutes from Pedernales Falls State Park and Mae's Ridge, and easy driving distance to Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg. Our property is easy to get to, yet secluded and quiet with exceptional views of the Hill Country. Cottage 2 has one bedroom with a queen bed. There are 3 AC window units in the Cottage, the Living room, the Master and the Kitchen, the house easily cools to 70 degrees on a hot day.

And, on the breezy deck you can enjoy star gazing. This property is not suitable for children under five years of age.
