Fine little cabin 40 sqm with a good kitchen, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom queen size bed (and baby crib). Attic with mattresses for 4. Living room with a sleeping couch for 2. (Sleeping place for 6 good friends.) Good cabin to stay in, warm and cosy. Good to have as a base because there is short drive to Reykjavik(80 km), south and west side of Iceland. Short drive to nature of the South: Golden Circle, Waterfall Faxi, Seljalandsfoss, Skógarfoss, glacier, mountains, lakes and rivers.

The property is a modern 4-bedroom villa on the bank of lake Apavatn & river Hólaá. Kayaks, fishing poles & permits included for guests. (Fishing is only permitted during summer). The house is 184 m2, with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with a hot tub & a seating area facing the lake. It includes free WiFI, smartTV´s, sauna, washing machine & dryer. It is perfectly situated in the Golden Circle. It is 10 km from the town Laugarvatn where there are restaurants & Fontana Spa.

Our cabin can hold up to 6 guests and we only rent it to a single party so you always have the complete house and our 5000 fm2 property for yourself. We have a private massage hot tub in use all year long for our guests. Our cabin is in a community next the lake Þingvallavatn. We have fantastic nature all around. Short drive to the Golden Circle including Gullfoss, Geysir, Þingvellir, Silfra, Kerið and many other landmarks.

The cottage is 60 sq.m with two bedrooms on ground floor (both with double beds) and one bedroom on second floor with 1,5m to the sealing, suitable for kids. The cottage is an open kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove top, microwave, blender, toaster and more. You will also find all main staples for cooking, like cooking oil and basic spices. BBQ is available outside. The bedrooms comes with sheets. Guests have access to a hot tub outside.
