Idyllisch gelegenes altes Rustico in einem ruhigen Tessinerbergdorf zur Alleinbenutzung. Auf 1360 m Höhe bietet sich eine ideale sonnige Lage zum Wandern oder Entspannen. Im Winter ist das nahe Skigebiet Carì wie auch Airolo attraktiv. Bouldern kann man in dem nahen Giornico. Ein Highlight sind die beidseitigen Terrassen mit Blick auf die Berge. In kalten Tagen sorgt der Holzofen im ganzen Haus für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Mit ÖV Anbindung. Reinigung und Bettwäsche im Preis inbegriffen.

L’attico di charme, con magnifica vista sulle montagne circostanti e in particolare sulla montagna più alta del Ticino (Adula 3402 m s.l.m.) è situato all’ultimo piano di una antica casa ticinese sapientemente restaurata nel 2022 (Cà Nizza) in quel di Marolta, in Valle di Blenio. Il luogo offre la possibilità di un soggiorno rilassante e rigenerante in un cosiddetto “luogo energetico” a contatto con la natura e le tradizioni di una delle valli più affascinanti del Sud delle Alpi.

Das Badezimmer mit Dusche im ersten Obergeschoss verfügt über eine Bodenheizung. Das Haus erreicht man über einen Fussweg von ca. 150 m. Haustiere nach Absprache erlaubt.
