Located in the village of Barton Le Clay which has some beautiful places for walks and hikes, Cainhoe Wood Golf Club is nearby, as well as being close to Milton Keynes, Bedford, and Luton Airport. A light, airy, ground-floor, single-storey studio apartment. There is a large kitchen and comfortable seating area, and a private patio / garden area. We are well situated for visiting Silverstone, Addington, Oxford, Bicester Village, Waddesdon Manor, Stowe Gardens and Bletchley Park. Also good for working in Milton Keynes or Aylesbury and for trains into London and Birmingham. The apartment has disabled access and ample off-road parking. We are happy to accommodate well-behaved dogs.

With a selection of farm shops, 2 local public houses and the renowned Horwood House close by and only a 40 minute drive to Silverstone race track, there is plenty to enjoy locally.

Pear Tree Cottage is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Sofa bed for 3rd guest. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

Little Oak Barn, Cublington, Bucks. S/C cottage.

Little Oak is a delightful one bedroom self contained single storey timber barn. Based on the outskirts of Cublington village with easy access to the market towns of Aylesbury 6 miles, and Leighton Buzzard 5 miles and the bustling new town of Milton Keynes 10 miles. Bicester Village retail shopping venue is only a 35 minute drive. Oxford is easily reached by car or bus from Aylesbury. Ideally located for many National Trust properties and Bletchley Park museum.

Perfect location for Addington Equestrian Centre (walking distance), Silverstone Race Circuit, Stowe, Waddesdon Manor, Claydon House and Bletchley Park. Just a 15 minute drive to Steeple Claydon, and within easy reach of Bicester Village Shopping Outlet and Milton Keynes. Good Wifi speed (80mbps). Free parking on drive (sorry, no horse boxes).
