It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. Large bedroom above garage in peaceful neighborhood. Looks like you are in the country but it is only one mile off the 310 - I65 exit that is filled with restaurants and other amenities. Garage apartment is a separate living space that is next door to a historic home. Room has a private outdoor stair access. Room is very large and has a private bath, Queen size adjustable bed plus extra Queen size high quality air mattress, couch, chair, fridge, microwave, TV and internet connectivity.

Our building was built in 1930. The apartment was originally a boarding house that sat above a retail store. While it has been fully remodeled, the exposed brick walls, wood floors, transom doors, and much of the trim are original to the building, retaining its ninety year old charm. The sitting area and the front bedroom each have a door that opens onto the balcony that over looks the downtown entertainment district. The areas best shops, boutiques, and restaurants are on the same block!
