“On The River”

We have a climate controlled sunporch. Cable, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Handicap accessible. Kayaks and tubes available; about a 2 mile float from Ocoee dam #1 down to the dock. There are three levels of docks at the river. Gas/charcoal grill. Also, there is a fire pit with plenty of wood. The river is controlled by TVA, it's usually down in the morning so you can explore and swim, kayak and fish. Most afternoons the river is flowing for a lazy float down to our easy and accessible dock.

The Roost includes a bedroom, pull-out couch, small kitchen, and private half bath, with full bathrooms located directly below in our farm bathhouse.

As you approach the apartment you will pass through the 10'x20' foot covered patio, newly furnished and waiting to be enjoyed.
