This tiny loft apartment is located in an old neighborhood with big trees, and just a short walk away from Waldo shops, restaurants and bars. Easy travel to Westport, Country Club Plaza, Crossroads, River Market, Power & Light, and many more super fun KC gems. The apartment is in the space that once was our old garage, so it's attached to our home. You have a separate and private entrance, full bath with an amazing shower, a small kitchen with appliances, and a loft bedroom with ladder access.

A gravel drive leads to the property where you'll have a concrete parking place and a step-free, pavestone walkway to the front door of the apartment. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Peaceful space in the valley where a rooster crow is all you hear in the morning. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
