Located in a very safe quiet safe area just walking distance from well known restaurants and a short drive to the beach this is the perfect place for any family looking for a holiday or group of friends looking for a quick getaway. The guesthouse is spacious open plan and is separated from the Main unit. There is safe gated parking next to the unit. With inverter solar power backups load sheddings impact is in most cases largely eliminated!. Easy access to M13 and N3. Regrettably unsuitable for social events & parties.

Beautiful self contained studio cottage with stunning sea views and direct beach access. The unit is totally separate from the main house with its own entrance. WARNING - this property contains many steps to the beach This unit is suitable for only 2 guests maximum. We do not accept any extra guests and we do not allow children in this unit. There are 3 separate cottages located on this property. Guests also have full access to the shared splash pool situated next to the unit.

Wowhaus Tranquil Garden and Courtyard Self-Catering Apartments accommodate 2 people in each unit, with the Courtyard Apartment housing a double sleeper couch. Both have fitted kitchens and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Uncapped W-Fi - Fibre and Netflix TV available. Both units are set in a tropical garden with a secluded pool. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The Litchi Tree

Litchi Tree is approximately 1500m away from Virginia beach. Restaurants/fast food places and supermarkets are all within walking distance. We are up on the hill overlooking the sea in a family friendly neighbourhood. Close to Gateway theatre of shopping, La Lucia Mall and Umhlanga Beach & Village. You’ll love it because of the queen size comfy bed and the convenient/safe location. We cater for anyone who feels our place is suitable for them.
