This historic older home has been completely renovated in Spring 2023 to have a comfortable stylish cottage vibe. Family friendly, safe quiet neighborhood, near a park and popular breakfast spot! Easy access to Rothrock State Forest. STRICT NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTY PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Honey Creek is just off the deck with opportunities to see ducks, mink, herons, bald eagles and deer. The scenery changes with the season! We are 1 mile from the quaint village of Reedsville with eateries, shops and taverns... all surrounded by the Amish community. State College is 27 miles. The house is located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from Greenwood Furnace and 25 miles from Raystown Lake.
