The evening on the patio gives you a great sunset with the Blue Mountains and maybe a visit by our local deer and many kinds of birds. Need more space or other family close get the other side of the duplex #2 for your family gathering

The first bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Nice front room with couch and extra seating. TV room off kitchen with sectional couch and 2 chairs. Enjoy back sitting patio with table and propane BBQ. Additional amenities include treadmill, stationary bike, washer and dryer.

Become a part of the unique past of Richland by staying in this historic "Alphabet Home" located on the "Gold Coast". Newly remodeled and modernized while keeping the charm and past alive. This home is located in the midst of a park like setting within walking distance of the Columbia River. We are reopening after an extended break.
