The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

ZALA is Anna Bay's modern coastal guest house with breath taking views over the ocean, tucked away in the prettiest quiet pocket of Anna Bay. Inala Wilderness Retreat

Inala, which means peaceful place, is the perfect escape. Nestled on 7 acres of native bushland, this architect designed home boasts complete privacy and commands spectacular views across to the Barrington Tops through its extensive North facing windows. Featuring open plan living with polished timber floors and vaulted ceiling the feeling is relaxed, bright and spacious and the perfect antidote to a hectic life. We have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, one which splits into two singles.

Anchor at 'D' Point is a top floor one bedroom duplex that has been renovated and is right across the road from the ocean. Ideal for a couple, there is a large deck with ocean views, air conditioned living area with flat screen TV, dining area, kitchen with microwave and upright stove, a bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom/laundry with bath, shower. Off street parking. Relax and enjoy the view and the ocean breeze (May to October watch the whales migrate by).

Our family getaway is walking distance to the village centre (with a grocery store, family-style restaurants and the local pub) and a quick car ride away from Birubi and One Mile Beach. At home you can spend time by the pool, relax in the outdoor entertaining space, sleep in quality beds and cook with everything you need for a delicious feast. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), small groups up to 8 people, and furry friends (pets).

Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & a 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bushland. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO--dogs on beds or lounges. NO--dogs left inside unattended. NO--electric scooters allowed!!

Morna Point Surf Studio

We welcome you to stay in our studio room situated 300 metres from the amazing Birubi Beach which boasts the largest sand dunes in the southern hemisphere and awesome waves on your back door. We love the location of our house and hope you do too. The studio is located at the back of our property where we live along with our two children and small dog.
