Our Yurt - Your Getaway. Rustic Luxury!

Reconnect with nature and each other all year round. Perfect for a romantic holiday/proposal. Nestled in the woods, directly across the road from a lake, it is private but not secluded. Your stay includes outdoor leisure equipment for fun on the lake every season. Just relax, I do the dishes! There's no running water in the yurts well-appointed kitchenette but everything else you need is there! The camp toilet is in an outbuilding by the yurt and a gorgeous guest shower room is up at the house.

Longview: Hilltop Chalet, Stunning Forest Views

Enter Longview and discover endless forest views and an oasis on 88 private acres of wilderness parkland. A custom built chalet complete with all the amenities was designed with care and attention: Scandinavian box bed, rolltop cast iron tub, library loft, fireplace and a huge deck perched over the forest make Longview a truly unique experience and getaway. Ski, snowshoe, hike or spend time with the horses and never leave the property. Longview invites you to unwind and regenerate. Naturally.

Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Salmon River Wilderness Camp: Yurt & 300 acres

Tucked away in the rugged Land O’ Lakes region of Eastern Ontario, the waterfront Salmon River Wilderness Camp is a private, 300-acre wilderness, bordering on the pristine Salmon River as well as Cade Lake. Rejuvenate with a swim, go paddling in a canoe at your doorstep, and hike in the rolling landscape of forests, granite and clean water. Centrally located between Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, we're also near Puzzle Lake Provincial Park and the Lennox & Addington Dark Sky Viewing Area.

Highland House

During the summer months enjoy the farm-fresh experience with hand picked vegetables from the garden and eggs straight from the coop. Home to a friendly pig, chickens, & three fluffy sheep. Poplar Grove Camping Cabin

Poplar Grove Camping Cabin is for those who desire a camping experience with a few comforts of home. “Glamping”. You will need to bring your own bedding, towels and cooking gear. The cabin sits on the edge of a scenic wooded area on our 40 acre property. Our location features a beautiful waterfall, wooded trails and a spectacular starry sky. The property is situated between Kingston and Belleville, 15 minutes north of Napanee. Nearby are wineries, hiking trails and the Sandbanks.

Off-Grid Tree Canopy Retreat
