Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The Old Classroom, Victorian school conversion

Set in the picturesque, friendly village of St. Neot, with far reaching panoramic views over the open fields and woods. 'The Old Classroom' was part of the old village school, which served the local community for over 130 years. It has now been converted to a very high standard, providing a family home and holiday let. Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

Our 300 year old grade II listed Mill is set in a peaceful wooded valley location and retains many of its original features. Woolgarden is a lovingly restored C17th Cornish hideaway with lots of unique and original features set in a tranquil valley on the edge of Bodmin Moor. The cottage has its own garden with patio where you can enjoy great views over the rolling countryside and perfect sunsets. Night skies are amazing and have designated Dark Skies status. Dogs are welcome and with beautiful beaches only 20 minutes away and National Trust Roughtor within walking distance, this is the ideal holiday destination.

Rural Barn Conversion, Boconnoc, Lostwithiel

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
